Alpine resorts

Alpine resorts

It all starts with a vision for a new tourist area or resort. For this vision to take shape, the first step is to prepare a master plan – an integrative tourism development concept that takes into account the technical, economic and socio-ecological aspects of the project. After a detailed permit application design and a positive investment decision, the tourist resort will be developed, designed and implemented in several stages, pursuing an overall tourism perspective.

ILF accompanies the client from the production of the tender documents to procurement, through to implementation and commissioning of all structures and their subsequent operation.
