Farsightedness Stands Out

ILF Consulting Engineers Ltd. in Munich was honoured as "Unternehmen mit Weitblick 2007» (Enterprise with Farsightedness 2007) by the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs within the "Perspective 50 plus Programme» (regional employment pacts for elderly people) during an official ceremony at the Wartburg Castle near Eisenach, in Thuringia, Germany.
In awarding this honour, the Federal Ministry did recognize the exemplary commitment of ILF to provide more and better employment for elderly people.
ILF Consulting Engineers Ltd. was selected as winner from among 300 companies in the area of Munich and convinced primarily by a balanced age structure of the personnel.
