Design contract for Gazelle Gas Pipeline Project in the Czech Republic

The Gazelle gas pipeline shall serve to improve the capacities of the gas transit of the already existing gas pipeline network in the Czech Republic. The tie-in of Russian natural gas, delivered by the Baltic Sea tie-in (OPAL), takes place at the delivery point at the Czech-German border near Olbernhau (D) / Brandov (CZ). As of 2012, gas shall be transported from there to the delivery point Rozvadov (CZ) / Waidhaus (D) via the Gazelle pipeline.

Since late autumn 2007, ILF has been supporting RWE Transgas Net (RWE TGN) in developing the concept of this project. In February 2009, ILF was awarded the contract for basic engineering and procurement support.
