Feasibility Study for the Eskene Kuryk Crude Oil Pipeline

In November 2008, ILF was assigned a contract for the preparation of a feasibility study regarding the Eskene-Kuryk Crude Oil Pipeline (EKP) on behalf of the KazTransOil and in cooperation with the Kashagan consortium (ENI, Exxon Mobil, Total, Conoco Phillips and Shell) in Kazakhstan. This pipeline is intended to transport crude oil from the fields of Kashagan and possibly of Tengiz to the Kuryk terminal located near to Aktau. The EKP ranks among the worlds most important current pipeline projects and includes, apart from several pump stations, two tank farms and several Single Point Moorings.
