High Speed Railway Line Ankara - Istanbul


A consortium under the lead of ILF Consulting Engineers has been awarded a contract by the Central Finance & Contracts Unit (CFCU) for supervision services for  the rehabilitation of the railway line Köseköy – Gebze Section as part of the High Speed Railway Line between Ankara and Istanbul. The project is located at the Izmit Bay close to the Istanbul Metropolitan and consists of a 56 km double track railway line. The final beneficiary is the Turkish State Railways (TCDD) and parts of the project are financed by the European Union.

The Project comprises the design review and supervision services of construction for the complete infrastructure, superstructure and all railway
related fields such as electrification, signalling and telecommunication.
