ILF awarded contract for Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park
At the end of February 2012, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) awarded ILF Consulting Engineers (ILF) the contract to design the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. In this project, both Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) and Photovoltaic (PV) technologies will be used to produce energy.
ILF will be working on this project from the study for the entire 1,000 MW solar park with CSP/PV technologies to the tender design, the site supervision, the start-up and the acceptance test for the first construction stage.
