Brownfield Re-Engineering in Western Siberia
ILF Consulting Engineers successfully completed two Brownfield Re-Engineering Conceptual Design Projects for TNK-BP-owned giant Samotlor oil field and 5 adjacent smaller fields in Western Siberia. In total 28 field operation enhancements with an estimated investment of 170 Million US$ were elaborated in detail for the two Projects located in the Nizhnevartovsk area. This first phase of investments will result in OPEX reduction of about 350 Million US$ over a period of 20 years.
