A proposed new rail line under the Hudson River takes a big step forward becoming a reality and ILF Consulting Engineers is in the design team together with PB/CH2M Hill. The new tunnel project is a needed improvement to the areas transportation system and will be linked to the railway system in New Jersey and to the subway system in Manhattan via a new station under the 34th Street.
