ILF Wins FEED-Contract For A New Multi-Product Pipeline and Single Point Mooring

ILF was awarded by Oando Plc, the biggest national Nigerian Oil Company, with an engineering contract for Front End Engineering Design of the "Petroleum Products Pipeline from Atlas Cove to Apapa».

The objective of the project is to supply petroleum products, such as premium motor spirit, dual-purpose kerosene/jet fuel and automotive gas oil from new SPM-(Single Point Mooring) unloading facilities to the distributors terminal at Apapa via a new multiproduct off shore pipeline 16" / 13 km. The SPM shall be designed to unload tankers of a size of up to 50,000 DWT.

The location of the new SPM shall be close to an existing location of an existing SPM supplying white products to the Atlas Cove Depot for which ILF several years ago has also provided all engineering services up to commissioning as owners engineer. The current assignment is a result of Feasibility Study delivered previously by ILF and confirms the confidence of our Nigerian Clients in the quality-oriented philosophy of ILFs engineering services for challenging technical requirements.
