The PV power plant project is situated in the Southeast of Bulgaria, around 30 km southwestern of the town Burgas. The landscape is characterized by slopes in all directions (mainly to south) and small hills, yet a flat and green field area in general. The complete area of 37.5 ha is subdivided into 8 independent PV Areas. The 12 MW are divided into 4 x 2 MW + 4 x 1 MW PV Areas and a 20 kV transmission line for the grid connection.
