Design of combined heat and power plant, excluding boiler house with CFB boiler and steam turbogenerator, integrated to existing district heat system and water boilers. Valuation of tenders in order to select subcontractors, management of construction works. Delivery supervision of the turbogenerator, boiler house and additional equipment as well as supervision of their assembly and start up of the power plant. Planned finalisation of the works - 1st quarter of the year 2010.
