The first stage of the second Phase of the Kazakhstan-China Pipeline consists of the Kazakh pipeline section between Kenkiyak and Kumkol. The objective of "Kenkiyak-Kumkol" main oil pipeline construction is the possibility of stock oil transportation from the oil fields development in West and Central Kazakhstan to People's Republic of China.
