This project focused on liquid and solid Sulphur unloading, storage and loading facilities, including sulphur solidification and increase of flexibility of sulphur handling/distribution. For storage tanks for liquid sulphur and a silo for solid sulphur is part of the project. Unloading is done in liquid phase from railway, loading is done in liquid or solid phase to ship.

ILF's services comprised permit application procedure, preparation of tender documents, procurement, basic-design, detail design, construction supervision, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
