Wiory Flood Protection and Reservoir

Comprehensive review of the Wiory flood protection dam and reservoir on the Swislina River in central Poland. The total storage volume is 35 million m³.

The dam consists of an earth fill dam with clay core, dam height 26 m, crest length 252 m, dam volume 423,000 m³ and concrete structures: spillway, bottom outlet and stilling basin, small power plant on the right river bank.
