The Client intends to re-engineer and optimize his existing Samotlor production infrastructure which requires a technical and economical estimation (‘Conceptual Design’) of the most efficient options. The elaborated options will be analyzed on the Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) cost estimation.
Technical data:
- Samotlor field (currently in operation): 1,752 sq km, 8,300 production wells and 2,700 injection wells, over 50 process facilities, approximately 5,000 km pipelines
- Oil production: 544 mbd
- Water cut: 95%
