ILF signs contract for road design project in Macedonia

In March 2009, the Agency for State Roads of the Republic of Macedonia commissioned ILF (in a joint venture) to carry out the design (from the preliminary design to the detailed design) of the new motorway section with a length of 28 km from Demir Kapja to Smokvica in southern Macedonia.

The new route runs through hilly regions to the west of the Vardar Valley, which is why the construction of various bridges (approx. 2 km) and tunnels (approx. 2km) is necessary.
