Evolving the Company
Our staff are the heart of our company. We run ILF in a responsible way enabling our staff to personally develop and thereby contribute to enhancing quality of life. We also encourage staff to participate in our organizational development towards a corporate culture of sustainability.
The current Sustainability Policy of the ILF Group outlines our commitment amongst others to

This is a starting point, we further pursue embedding sustainability in our organizational culture, from understanding the SDGs and defining priorities to integrating SDGs into the corporate culture of ILF!
SDG 1: No Poverty
By paying fair salaries our staff are able to care for their families and loved ones and live in decent material welfare.
SDG 2: Zero Hunger
With our constant endeavor to provide excellent services we constantly jointly work on securing our jobs.
We motivate our staff to pay attention on healthy food and to drink enough. At many of our office locations we provide fruits, at events healthy food is important to us.
SDG 3: Good Health & Well-Being
A pleasant and motivating working environment is considered important for all of us. As ILF we therefor seek for attractive office facilities, offer exercise and sports activities and take great care in inter-personal relationships.
SDG 4: Quality Education
At ILF we understand and support the importance of high quality education for the development of societies. We provide lectures at colleges and universities as per need. Via ILF Academy we offer training programs to our staff and we encourage staff taking part in external trainings.
SDG 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth
We care for decent working conditions for all our staff. We pursue a long-term sustainable development of our business.
SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
All people independent from their origin, gender, orientation and belief are treated equally with respect, fairness, honesty and reliability.
