ILF Consulting Engineers is a global consulting and engineering company active among other in the field of hydro­power and renewable energy. In order to reinforce our opera­tions within the South East Asia region, ILF Consulting Engineers Asia is looking for a qualified Hydro­power Engineer (m/f) to support the design team for hydro­power projects in SE Asia.

Key respon­si­bi­lities

• You will work on various hydro projects ranging from concept develo­pment to project implementation. 
• Your scope of work will include, but not be limited to, proposal prepa­ration, design calcu­lation, technical due diligence study, feasi­bility studies, detailed design, tender design and speci­fi­ca­tions and assisting with project implementation.

Qualifikation

• Minimum Bachelor degree in civil engineering, preferably master degree in hydro­power, hydraulics, water resource, geotech­nical, struc­tural or civil engineering. 
• At least 5 years working experience preferably in hydro­power sector. 
• Enthu­si­astic graduates with knowledge in funda­mental aspects of civil engineering are also welcome for junior positions. 
• Excellent command in English ‑both speaking and writing- is a must. For junior positions also limited foreign language abilities would be acceptable. 
• Software knowledge: full profi­ciency in MS office, Auto CAD and other relevant design software will be an advantage. 
• Ability to work in multi-national and multi-disci­plinary teams, demons­trating high level of inter­cul­tural competence. 
• Flexi­bility and mobility to travel abroad within the SE Asia region is expected.
