At our office you can expect a work environment that is different from open-plan offices. Our bright rooms can accommodate two to four colleagues, and give everyone enough space to work while still being able to interact with each other.
WHAT MAKES OUR OFFICE SPECIAL
In addition to our modern office space, our office building offers a wide range of amenities, including a spacious underground garage with parking spaces for bikes and cars, dedicated parking spaces for electric cars with charging stations, and a spacious communal area where we provide free fresh fruit every day. There are also several break rooms on each floor, which are an ideal setting for coffee breaks with colleagues.
For those of our colleagues who like to jog or cycle to work, there are changing rooms with shower facilities. There is also a service station for small bike repairs. We also have our own after-work sports program to help you keep fit.
But that’s not all. After work, you can hit the slopes or explore the outdoors with colleagues on the range of nearby hiking, running and biking trails. A number of easily accessible cable cars, but also an almost unlimited number of hiking, running and biking trails can be found near to our office in Rum near Innsbruck.

Our Vienna office is located in the heart of the 3rd district, between Prater and the Belvedere Palace. This prime location not only offers excellent accessibility, but also creates a modern and attractive working environment. Instead of having impersonal open-plan offices, we have bright rooms that can accommodate two to four team members. We also attach great importance to making sure that there is enough room for constructive discussion and the exchange of ideas.

Each of the four floors has a small kitchen with cooking facilities, providing the perfect place for relaxed coffee breaks and discussions. For those of our colleagues who like to jog or cycle to work, there are shower facilities on floor -2 (2nd floor).
And after work? The location of our office in Vienna is the ideal starting point for after-work get-togethers. There are numerous inviting restaurants and bars in the surrounding area that are perfect for a relaxed end to the working day.

Our focus is on working together, which is why we share our bright offices with only two to four colleagues. This not only gives us enough space to work independently, but also encourages informal interaction and closeness. In our social room, you can not only enjoy coffee and snacks during breaks, but also the company of your colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. Eating lunch together here is also something which is not uncommon. In support of environmentally friendly mobility, parking for electric cars is available directly in front of the office building as well as secure parking spaces for bikes. There are also numerous sports facilities in the area, from fitness studios to tennis courts and swimming pools. The city offers a wide range of activities for sports enthusiasts.
The location of our office in Raaba near Graz combines the best of both worlds: an inspiring work environment and the opportunity to spend your free time in a region that is not only diverse but also worth living in.

For us, a central location and green oases are not always contradictory. Our office right in the heart of the city is spread over three floors, with a welcoming entrance area on the first floor. We also have access to a charming green courtyard, and our terrace is a popular meeting place during the summer months. On the second floor, there’s a spacious common room with cooking facilities and a loggia, all of which are ideal places to take a break with your colleagues.
There is also a small “coffee corner” on the first floor – another meeting place for informal discussions. We don’t believe in open-plan offices. Instead, we share our bright and airy workspaces – many of which also overlook the green courtyard – with only two to four colleagues. This gives everyone enough space to work while still being able to interact with each other.

The office’s central location provides a flexible working environment to fit your needs. Whether you want to go to the fitness studio, go shopping or enjoy a good meal at a restaurant in your lunch break – all of these facilities are within easy reach.
After work, sports enthusiasts can climb Linz’s “own” mountain, the Gis (Giselawarte), by bike or on foot, and there are also a number of small quarry pools nearby, such as Plesching and Pichling, which are can be reached quickly from the office. And then there’s the Danube, an inviting setting with cozy restaurants and bars for whiling away the hours.
On top of that, there are also a wide range of cultural activities which you can get involved in in your free time.

Our Dornbirn office is located on the first floor of a multi-story apartment block and is conveniently located near to the Hatlerdorf and Dornbirn train stations. For those travelling to work by car, ILF has its own parking spaces in front of the building and there are parking spaces for bikes right next to the building. The office also has shower facilities for those of our colleagues who like to jog or cycle to work.
The city of Dornbirn is close by and offers an abundance of cosy cafes and restaurants. Whether you prefer to work in a small room or a larger office, you’ll find plenty of space to work and share ideas with your colleagues. In our family-like office environment, you can prepare your lunch in our newly built kitchen and enjoy eating together with your colleagues. There’s also a shopping center nearby for all of your shopping needs.

The location of our office in Dornbirn is the ideal starting point for many after-work activities, such as mountain biking, trail running, leisurely walks or winter sports. Dornbirn’s “own” mountain – the Karren – is a paradise for nature and outdoor enthusiasts. You can hike to the top or take the cable car for a breathtaking view of Lake Constance and neigboring Switzerland and Germany.
Or if you are more drawn to water, then you’ll also find this not far away.
Bregenz harbour and Lake Constance offer a unique ambience – and the Bregenzer Festspiele festival is a real cultural experience.

Leobersdorf and its surroundings offer a wide range of opportunites for after-work leisure activities including outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling in the picturesque countryside, enjoying culinary delights in cozy restaurants and wine taverns, sporting activities in fitness studios and at sports clubs, as well as exploring the area’s culture and history at museums and historical sights.
Or if it’s relaxation you’re after, then you can visit one of the nearby spas or thermal baths.
