WHAT WE DO

In the Sales & Marketing department, we organize everything that is needed to be able to constantly win new projects for our technical departments.

This means that we continuously have an eye out for developments and projects on the national (Austrian) and international markets that may be of interest to ILF, and subsequently prepare tailor-made proposals for these projects together with the technical departments. As we offer this service to all of the technical departments across all ILF office locations in Austria, our daily work is very varied, both in terms of the individual subject areas which we deal with and in terms of the personal contact that we have with colleagues working in different fields of expertise at these different office locations.

In the Marketing team, we ensure that our company and our high-quality services are presented in a professional, uniform and comprehensible manner. For this reason, all content and channels for internal and external communication are centrally managed.

We prepare texts on usually complex technical topics, making them interesting and accessible to all readers, and adapt these texts for different types of media. In the process, we gain deep insights into the broad range of services which ILF offers and are in close contact with the numerous experts in the technical departments. Our aim is to strengthen the presence of the ILF brand and support the company’s objectives through creative and targeted communication activities.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

Our department has approximately 20 employees and consists of Proposal Managers with a technical background, Acquisition Managers, Marketing Experts, Graphic Designers, Translators and Team Assistants.

This diverse team combines expertise from a variety of disciplines to deliver a comprehensive and effective marketing and acquisition approach. Each team member brings their individual strengths and perspectives to the table, resulting in innovative solutions and a dynamic working environment.

OUR TASKS

SALES & ACQUISITION

Preparation of project reference documents together with the technical departments and our colleagues in Business Development in order to convince future clients of ILF’s expertise, competence and experience
Preparation and processing of all proposals
Acquisition of new clients
Networking through participation in international conferences and meetings

MARKETING

Management of all channels of communication (Website, LinkedIn, Intranet, etc.)
Development and implementation of the corporate design
Organization and appearances at fairs and events
Creation of a range of printed and promotional materials
Supporting the technical departments with PR and communication activities
Supporting the HR department with internal and external recruitment marketing
