For the first time, ILF Consulting Engineers was commissioned by Austrian Power Grid AG (APG) to perform design services for high-voltage installations.

Basically, the services to be provided for the Ernsthofen substation involve replacing and relocating transformers and constructing a new control building incl. 10 kV switchgear.
The services for the Lienz substation include upgrading the 380/220 kV switching station and installing a 380/220 kV RHU43 transformer bank incl. corresponding 380/220 and 30 kV feeders.

The services comprise status-quo documentation, review of structural and soil conditions, preparation of tender documents and detailed design for all necessary upgrade measures and parts of the permit application design
