Protection of personal data is of great concern to ILF – ILF complies with all applicable data protection laws and operates an internal data protection management system that is subject to continuous improvement and further development.
ILF within the meaning of this data protection declaration is ILF Group Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries.
Website in the sense of this data protection declaration is the present website of the ILF Group, which is operated by ILF Group Holding GmbH.
This Privacy Statement is updated regularly.
ILF collects, processes and uses personal data only to the extent permitted or ordered by the EU Data Protection Regulation and relevant additional country-specific legal regulations, or if the respective concerned person has consented thereto.
Such consent can be revoked at any time.
In case the present website provides the opportunity for input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses), such data input takes place voluntarily. The concerned data is used and further processed exclusively for the purpose that is clearly evident in each case.
The processing period of all personal data depends on the respective country-specific applicable national statutory storage obligations and usually amounts to a maximum of 10 years.
Any personal data processed on the website will be stored within the European Union and will only be passed on if this is necessary for the execution of existing contractual obligations or due to overriding legal regulations, or if the concerned person has given his consent, or a transfer is permitted for other reasons in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

Concerned persons have the right to request information about their personal data processed by ILF, to correct, delete and transfer the data to other persons responsible and to object to or restrict the processing.

Furthermore, there is the right to address complaints directly to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for the country in question.
Additional information on applicants data
In the case of applications for job vacancies, for example via the “Career” section of this website, the applicant data is only collected, processed and used as part of the application process.
As a rule, application data will be deleted within a maximum of six months after notification of the decision, unless the applicant has given his or her consent to a longer period of data storage.
Incoming applications can also be cross-checked for relevance to other vacancies within the ILF Group. During the application process there is the possibility of giving consent or refusal to such cross-checking. If the examination is carried out for another branch and the applicant has not yet expressed an interest in this during the application process, consent will be requested in advance.
