Job description

• Review Electrical Pre-commissioning and commissioning database based on project engineering and vendor data for electrical equipment.
• Review technical parts of electrical equipment checklists and test sheets and develop if required.
• Review all FAT & SAT documents to make sure everything is in line to project engineering data and standard systemization methodology.
• Provide technical support in provision of marked up SLD and PID documents and system completion dossiers.
• Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning pre-walkthrough task and develop whenever required.
• Review punch list database and follow up for supervision on punch clearance task for registered punch items in all categories.
• Good knowledge in all related local/ international codes & regulations, Process safety codes & standards and regulatory codes & standards.
• Monitor all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the electrical systems and electrical equipment in other sub-systems if any as per the project schedule and update the progress in the weekly/monthly system completion progress reports.
• Drive the implementation and training of the asset owner/end user team if requested

Qualification

• Work experience minimum 10 Years in commissioning scop (at least 3 projects) in a similar position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPCC projects in an oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, Refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, or other project of similar scope and complexity)
• Experience with sour gas and sulphur recovery projects
• Experience in commissioning 110kV electrical systems or higher including switchgears, transformers etc. With connection to grid power system
• Experience in commissioning EMS (Electrical Management Systems)
• Expert with Systemization Commissioning (Sub-system basis work by related marked up SLD & PID’s, checklist and test sheet, etc.) as well as commissioning procedures.
• Field construction and commissioning / start-up experience desired.
• Ability to read commissioning technical documents such as marked-up P&ID’s, SLD, Wiring diagram, etc.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Education: Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or similar field is minimum requirement; Engineering. Technical degree in electrical background

Language skills: English (Reading, Writing & Speaking skills) is mandatory, Russian is an advantage.

Professional experience: Min 10 years’ experience in comparable position.
